A brake assembly comprises: a brake piston configured to be movable for applying or releasing a brake and having an inner wall forming a piston cavity, a groove being formed on the inner wall; a linearly movable structure positioned within the piston cavity of the brake piston and configured to be linearly movable within the piston cavity; and a resilient material, wherein a part of the resilient material is located within the groove formed on the inner wall of the brake piston and the other part of the resilient material is disposed on an outer surface of the linearly movable structure so that the resilient material can be engaged with a surface of the groove formed on the inner wall of the brake piston to move the brake piston using the restoring force of the resilient material in response to the linear movement of the linearly movable structure. 브레이크 어셈블리는, 브레이크 적용 또는 해제를 위해 이동 가능하게 구성되고 피스톤 캐비티를 형성하는 내벽을 가지며, 상기 내벽에 홈이 형성되는 브레이크 피스톤; 상기 브레이크 피스톤의 상기 피스톤 캐비티 내에 위치되고 상기 피스톤 캐비티 내에서 선형 이동 가능하도록 구성된 선형 이동 가능한 구조; 및 탄성재를 포함하고, 상기 선형 이동 가능한 구조의 선형 이동에 응답하여 상기 탄성재의 복원력에 의해 상기 브레이크 피스톤을 이동시키기 위해 상기 브레이크 피스톤의 상기 내벽에 형성된 상기 홈의 표면과 상기 탄성재가 맞물릴 수 있도록 상기 탄성재의 일부는 상기 브레이크 피스톤의 상기 내벽에 형성된 상기 홈 내에 위치하고, 상기 탄성재의 다른 일부는 상기 선형 이동 가능한 구조의 외면에 배치된다.
