Disclosed are a liquefied gas loading and gas treatment system for the trial trip of a liquefied gas carrier and a propulsion ship, and an operating method thereof. The liquefied gas loading and gas treatment system for the trial trip of a liquefied gas carrier and a propulsion ship according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first storage tank and at least one second storage tank which are disposed at a ship to store fluid therein; a supply line which supplies liquefied gas to the first storage tank from an external facility; a first circulating line which delivers evaporation gas generated in the first storage tank to the second storage tank; and a second circulating line which discharges inert gas stored in advance in the first storage tank or the second storage tank to the outside of the ship. The supply line comprises a connecting line which is branched from the supply line to be connected to the second circulating line. Provided is the liquefied gas loading and gas treatment system for the trial trip of a liquefied gas carrier and a propulsion ship, wherein, when the inert gas stored in advance in the first storage tank is replaced with liquefied gas before the first storage tank is cooled, at least part of the liquefied gas supplied from the external facility passes the supply line, the connecting line and the second circulating line before being supplied to the first storage tank.
