The present invention relates to an operation test device of a trust bearing applied to a vibration water column wave power generation system, which comprises: a support formed in preset length, width, and height; a rotation member rotatably coupled to the support and having a mounting unit where a trust bearing is mounted in one end in a longitudinal direction; a motor disposed in the support and driven according to application of power to rotate the rotation member; and a vibration sensor disposed in the support to measure vibration generated by the trust bearing during rotation of the rotation member. 본 발명은, 사전 설정된 길이, 폭 및 높이로 형성되는 지지대; 상기 지지대에 회전 가능하게 결합되되, 길이 방향 일단에 트러스트 베어링이 장착되는 장착부가 형성된 회전부재; 상기 지지대에 배치되되, 전원 인가에 따라 구동하여 상기 회전부재를 회전시키는 모터; 및 상기 지지대에 배치되어 상기 회전부재 회전시 상기 트러스트 베어링에서 발생하는 진동을 측정하는 진동센서;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 진동수주형 파력발전 시스템에 적용되는 트러스트 베어링의 운용 시험장치에 관한 것이다.
