Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a motor direct connection type lapping machine, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a motor direct connection type lapping machine, which is provided to be used to grind or polish the surface using lapping processing of a component. To this end, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a step (A) of preparing a motor; a step (B) of cutting the rotary shaft on the motor side in a non-protruding structure and processes the central area of the front end surface of a motor main body to form an incision groove, thereby deforming the structure on the motor side; a step (C) of connecting as an integrated structure by means of direct connection in which one side end portion of a spindle is fit-coupled to the rotary shaft on the motor side, of which the structure is deformed; a step (D) of inserting a first bearing into the outer circumferential surface of one side end portion of the spindle and locating the same on the incision groove on the motor side; a step (E) of fixedly fastening a retainer on the front end surface of the motor main body on the motor side, while installing the same to surround and support the first bearing unit; a step (F) of inserting a spindle cover bushing having a hollow unit so as to be located on the outer circumferential surface of the spindle; a step (G) of inserting a second bearing onto the spindle in a state in which the spindle cover bushing is inserted while being arranged to be supported by the spindle cover bushing after coming in contact therewith; a step (H) of inserting the bearing cover member into the spindle while fixing the same at the retainer by the fastening of the bolt member in a state the same comes in contact with the other side cross section of the spindle cover bushing; a step (I) of fixedly arranging a support housing to cover and support the circumference of the outer surface of the spindle cover bushing to function as a support supporting the entire lapping machine; and a step (J) of fixedly fastening a component fixing chuck to the spindle in a state of being located at the front end portion of the spindle. Therefore, precise lapping processing may be performed. 본 발명은 모터 직결식 래핑머신 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 부품의 래핑 가공을 통해 표면을 연마 또는 광택을 내는데 사용하기 위한 모터 직결식 래핑머신 제조방법에 있어서, (A) 모터를 구비하는 단계; (B) 상기 모터 측 회전축을 비돌출구조로 절단하고 모터본체의 선단면 중심부 영역을 가공하여 절개홈을 형성시킴으로써 모터 측 구조를 변형하는 단계; (C) 상기 구조 변형을 갖는 모터 측 회전축에 스핀들의 일측단부를 끼움 결합하는 직결을 통해 일체형 구조로 연결하는 단계; (D) 상기 스핀들의 일측단부 외주면에 제1베어링을 삽입 배치 및 모터 측 절개홈 상에 위치시키는 단계; (E) 상기 모터 측 모터본체의 선단면에 리테이너를 체결 고정하되, 제1베어링부를 감싸 지지하도록 설치하는 단계; (F) 상기 스핀들의 외주면 상에 위치되게 중공부를 갖는 스핀들커버부싱을 삽입 배치하는 단계; (G) 상기 스핀들커버부싱을 삽입 배치한 상태에서 제2베어링을 스핀들 상에 삽입 배치하되 스핀들커버부싱에 의해 지지되게 밀착 배치하는 단계; (H) 상기 스핀들에 베어링커버부재를 삽입 배치하되 스핀들커버부싱의 타측단면에 밀착 배치시킨 상태에서 볼트부재의 체결을 통해 리테이너에 고정시키는 단계; (I) 상기 스핀들커버부싱의 외면 둘레를 커버하면서 지지하도록 서포트하우징을 고정 배치함으로써 래핑머신을 전체적으로 지탱하는 받침대로서 기능하도록 설치하는 단계 (J) 상기 스핀들의 선단부에 부품고정척을 위치시킨 상태에 스핀들에 체결 고정하는 단계;를 포함하여 완성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
