Summary:The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode which comprises a first compound in which a light emitting material layer located between two electrodes forms a condensed ring of at least one of boron, oxygen, sulfur, and selenium, and a second compound in which boron and nitrogen form a condensed ring, and an organic light emitting device including the organic light emitting diode. The first compound and the second compound may be included in the same light emitting material layer or in an adjacent light emitting material layer. By applying the light emitting material layer including the first compound and the second compound of which the energy level can be adjusted, the driving voltage of the organic light emitting diode can be lowered and luminous efficiency and luminous lifespan can be improved. 본 발명은 2개의 전극 사이에 위치하는 발광물질층이 보론과, 산소, 황 또는 셀레늄 중에서 적어도 하나가 축합환을 형성하는 제 1 화합물 및 보론과 질소가 축합환을 형성하는 제 2 화합물을 포함하는 유기발광다이오드와, 상기 유기발광다이오드를 포함하는 유기발광장치에 관한 것이다. 제 1 화합물과 제 2 화합물은 동일한 발광물질층 내에 또는 인접한 발광물질층에 포함될 수 있다. 에너지 준위가 조절될 수 있는 제 1 화합물과 제 2 화합물을 포함한 발광물질층을 적용하여, 유기발광다이오드의 구동 전압을 낮추고 발광 효율 및 발광 수명을 향상시킬 수 있다.
