Summary: | The present invention relates to a biomass decomposition technology, and more specifically, to a novel mannanase, polynucleotide encoding the same, a vector containing the polynucleotide, a transformant in which the polynucleotide or the vector is inserted into a host cell, a composition containing the mannanase, a method for manufacturing the mannanase, and application products thereof. As a result of numerous studies, the present inventors have completed the present invention by developing the mannanase having a novel amino acid sequence derived from Bacillus lichenifomis (B. lichenifomis).
