Summary: | The present invention relates to a surface-enhanced Raman scattering-based target virus immunoassay, and more specifically provides a virus detection method, a detection kit, and a detection composition using the above immunoassay. The surface-enhanced Raman scattering-based targeted virus immunoassay according to the present invention can detect target viruses quickly and sensitively without separate gene isolation and amplification steps, thereby capable of quickly providing diagnostic information about viruses. The surface-enhanced Raman scattering-based targeted virus immunoassay comprises a step of reacting magnetic nanoparticles with immobilized detection antibodies, and hollow gold nanoparticles in which a reporter antibody and a Raman dye are immobilized with a sample; and a step of measuring a Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) signal of a reactant prepared in step (a).
본 발명은 표면증강라만산란 기반 표적 바이러스 면역검정법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상기 면역검정법을 이용한 바이러스 검출 방법, 검출키트 및 검출용 조성물을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 표면증강라만산란 기반 표적 바이러스 면역검정법은 별도의 유전자 분리 및 증폭 단계 없이 신속하고 민감하게 표적 바이러스를 검출할 수 있는바, 바이러스에 대한 빠른 진단 정보를 제공할 수 있다. |
