Summary:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a cross-sectional FCCL with increased tensile strength. More specifically, a 3-layer cross-sectional FCCL is composed of a copper layer, an LCP film layer, and a PI film layer to minimize anisotropy compared to a 2-layer cross-sectional FCCL which is composed of only the existing copper layer and LCP film layer, thereby increasing tensile strength. 본 발명은 인장강도가 개선된 단면 FCCL의 제조 방법에 관한 발명으로, 보다 상세하게는 구리층, LCP 필름층 및 PI 필름층으로 3 Layer 단면 FCCL을 구성하여, 기존 구리층, LCP 필름층만으로 구성된 2 Layer 단면 FCCL보다 이방성을 최소화하여 인장강도를 개선하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
