The present invention relates to an ultrasonic inspection equipment automation system, which comprises: a scan system composed of 6 articulated robots and 1 outer shaft; a system provided in a double bridge shape by using two articulated robots of the scan system; a precise transfer system using an LM guide and an LM block; a waterjet system having an ultrasonic squatter in which bubbles and vortexes of water are not mixed; and an ultrasonic sensor of 0.5MHz, 1MHz, and 5MHz, provided to inspect products under various conditions. For smoothly and precisely providing the location of the transfer system, a helical gear is provided. A linear encoder is separately provided on the outside for precise location measurement. A multi-filter with a UV lamp is provided at the circulation device of water used as a coupling medium of the waterjet system. Therefore, a composite material may be inspected. 본 발명은 초음파 검사장비 자동화 시스템에 관한 것으로, 다관절로봇 6축과 외부축 1축으로 이루어진 스캔시스템;과 상기 스캔시스템의 다관절로봇 2대를 이용한 이중 브리지 형태의 시스템;과 LM가이드와 LM블록을 사용한 정밀한 이송시스템;과 물의 기포와 와류가 섞이지 않는 초음파 스쿼터가 구비된 워터젯 시스템;과 다양한 조건의 제품을 검사하기 위해 0.5MHz, 1MHz, 5MHz의 초음파센서;로 구성되며, 상기 이송시스템의 부드럽고 정밀한 위치 제공을 위해 헬리컬기어가 구비되고, 정확한 위치측정을 위해 외부에 별도 리니어 엔코더를 구비하고, 상기 워터젯 시스템의 접촉매질로 사용되는 물의 순환장치에 UV램프가 설치된 다중필터를 구비하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
