Provided are a display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The display panel comprises: a first base substrate comprising a display area comprising a plurality of pixel areas and a non-display area surrounding the display area; a first substrate comprising an align key pattern disposed in one part among the non-display area of the first base substrate; a second base substrate facing the first base substrate and made of a transparent material; a light blocking structure disposed in the non-display area of the second base substrate; a second substrate facing the align key pattern and comprising a hole penetrating the light blocking structure; and a filling pattern that fills the hole.
