Therefore, a deterioration in the quality of the transfer object can be prevented by compensating for the deflection of the hand that may occur due to the weight of the transfer object. 본 발명은 반송물을 지지하는 핸드를 수평 상태로 유지하는 처짐 보조 유닛을 포함하는 반송 유닛을 제공함으로써 반송물의 중량에 의하여 발생할 수 있는 핸드의 처짐을 보완하여 반송물의 품질 저하를 방지하고자 한다.
