The present disclosure relates to an electronic device which improves the internal space efficiency of an electronic device. The electronic device comprises: a first housing including a first fastening hole and forming the appearance of the electronic device; a second housing including a second fastening hole corresponding to the first fastening hole; a printed circuit board arranged between the first housing and the second housing; a contact part to electrically connect the printed circuit board and the first housing; and a fastening part coupling the first housing and the second housing through the first fastening hole and the second fastening hole. The contact part includes: a metal contact portion arranged between the first housing and the second housing, and electrically connected to the first housing; and a board contact portion formed adjacent to the metal contact portion and electrically connected to the printed circuit board.
