The present invention relates to a silicon concentration detection kit and a silicon concentration detection method using the same. The silicon concentration detection kit comprises a silicon bonding solution (A) comprising sodium sulfate, molybdic acid, sulfuric acid, sodium metabisulfite, and demineralized water. According to the present invention, the concentration of silicon present in trace amounts in water can be measured very accurately. 본 발명은 규소(Si, 실리카)농도 검출방법 및 검출키트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 측정하고자 하는 규소(Si, 실리카)를 함유한 시료에 규소 결합 용액(Silica combine Solution)을 이용하여 규소(Si, 실리카)농도를 정확하게 산출하는 키드 및 이를 이용한 실리카 농도 산출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 소디움 설페이트(Sodium sulfate), 몰리브딕 애시드(Molybdic acid), 설퍼릭 애시드(Sulfuric acid), 소디움 메타비설파이트(Sodium metabisulfite), 증류수(Demineralized water)를 포함하여 조성한 규소 결합 용액(A)을 포함하여 구성된 규소 농도 검출 키트를 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기한 규소 결합 용액(A)은 소디움 설페이트(Sodium sulfate) 100중량부에 몰리브딕 애시드(Molybdic acid) 30~70중량부, 설퍼릭 애시드(Sulfuric acid) 30~70중량부, 소디움 메타비설파이트(Sodium metabisulfite) 150~350중량부, 증류수(Demineralized water) 500~1000 중량부를 혼합하여 조성한 것을 특징으로 하는 규소 농도 검출 키트를 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기한 규소 농도 검출 키트의 규소 결합 용액(A)을 측정하고자 하는 규소가 포함된 시료와 혼합하여 발색시키는 과정(1과정), 표준액에 대한 검량선을 작성하는 과정(2과정), 상기한 시료와 규소 결합 용액(A)을 혼합하여 발색된 측정 시료를 측정용기에 넣어 시료에 포함된 규소의 농도를 측정하는 과정(3과정)을 포함하는 규소 농도 측정 방법을 제공한다.
