The present invention relates to a composition for improving the activity of natural killer cells, and provides a composition for improving the activity of natural killer cells containing a peptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 as an active ingredient. The peptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 of the present invention not only increases the cell killing ability of natural killer cells, but also reduces allogeneic killing increased by TGF-β, and further increases the sensitivity of natural killer cells to cancer cells. Accordingly, the peptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 can be usefully used as an active ingredient in anticancer drugs or anticancer adjuvants. 본 발명은 자연살해 세포의 활성을 향상시키기 위한 조성물에 관한 것으로, 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 자연살해 세포의 활성 향상용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩타이드는 자연살해 세포의 세포 살상능을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라, TGF-β에 의해 증가된 동종살해를 감소시키고, 나아가 자연살해 세포의 암 세포에 대한 민감도를 향상시키기까지 하는바, 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩타이드는 항암제 또는 항암 보조제의 유효성분으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
