The multilayer ceramic condenser comprises: a body (10) having dielectric ceramic layers (35a, 35b), inner electrode layers (36a, 36b); and outer electrodes (20a, 20b). The body (10) includes: a capacity forming unit (30) in which the dielectric ceramic layers (35a, 35b) and the inner electrode layers (36a, 36b) are stacked in turn in a thickness-wise (T) direction; circumferential surface sheath units (40a, 40b) arranged on circumferential surfaces (31a, 31b) of the capacity forming unit (30) in the thicknesswise (T) direction; side surface sheath units (50a, 50b) arranged on side surfaces (32a, 32b) of the capacity forming unit (30) in a widthwise (W) direction at right angles to the thicknesswise (T) direction; and cross-section sheath units (60a, 60b) arranged on cross-sections (33a, 33b) of the capacity forming unit (30) in a longitudinal (L) direction at right angles to the thicknesswise (T) direction and the widthwise (W) direction. The inner electrode layers (36a, 36b) have exposed parts (37a, 37b) exposed to the cross-sections (33a, 33b) of the capacity forming unit (30). The cross-section sheath units (60a, 60b) are arranged on the cross-sections (33a, 33b) of the capacity forming unit (30) to cover a part of the exposed parts (37a, 37b) of the inner electrode layers (36a, 36b).
