According to one embodiment, a method for manufacturing recycled clothing using waste clothing fabric is disclosed. The method comprises: a step of removing accessories including pockets, zippers and buttons from different types of waste clothing; a step of cutting and preparing the waste clothing from which accessories have been removed into a flat fabric shape; a coating step in which a spray device sprays a coating solution onto the waste clothing installed on a conveyor belt, on which the cut fabric moves in the heading direction, to coat the waste clothing with the coating solution; a step of randomly stacking the waste clothing in several layers, rolling the waste clothing into a roll shape, and attaching the waste clothing with an adhesive; a step of cutting the waste clothing wound into the roll shape to obtain roll blocks of a certain length; a step of arranging the plurality of obtained roll blocks in an upright state so that the roll blocks are adjacent to each other, applying an adhesive to the roll blocks, and compressing the roll blocks to enable the roll blocks to be in close contact with each other so that plate-shaped fabric is produced; a clothing purpose determination step of determining the purpose of the plate-shaped fabric as clothing; a fabric cutting step of cutting the fabric to fit the body size according to the purpose of the fabric as clothing; a step of a sewing step of sewing a joint area of the cut fabric; a step of manufacturing the clothing; a step of processing the fabric to manufacture the clothing.
