Summary:A system for extracting a nutritional component table of a health functional food includes: an image segmentation unit that divides an original image containing information about the health functional food into a plurality of images and outputs the same; a table region extraction unit extracting table regions from the plurality of images segmented by the image segmentation unit by deep learning and outputting a degree of certainty for the extracted table regions; and an image component table acquisition unit acquiring one nutrition component table from at least one table region extracted from the table region extraction unit. 건강기능식품의 영양 성분표 추출 시스템은, 건강기능식품에 대한 정보를 포함하고 있는 원본 영상을 다수의 영상으로 분할하여 출력하는 영상 분할부; 딥러닝에 의해, 상기 영상 분할부로부터 분할된 다수의 영상으로부터 표 영역을 추출하고 추출된 표 영역에 대한 확신도를 출력하는 표 영역 추출부; 및 상기 표 영역 추출부로부터 추출된 적어도 하나의 표 영역으로부터 하나의 영양 성분표를 획득하는 영상 성분표 획득부;를 포함한다.
