Provided are an adhesive composition for a polarizing plate, a polarizing plate, and an optical display apparatus, wherein the adhesive composition for a polarizing plate comprises (A) an epoxy-based compound, (B) a (meth)acrylate-based compound, © a vinyl ether group and (meth)acrylate-group containing compound, and (D) a photoinitiator. The (A) epoxy-based compound contains a bifunctional aliphatic epoxy-based compound, and the (B) (meth) acrylate-based compound contains a (meth)acrylate-based compound with a glass transition temperature of a homopolymer of 100℃ or more. The (C) vinyl group and (meth)acrylate-group containing compound is contained 10-40 parts by weight based on a total of 100 parts by weight of the bifunctional aliphatic epoxy-based compound, the (meth)acrylate-based compound with a glass transition temperature of a homopolymer of 100℃ or more, and the vinyl group and (meth)acrylate-group. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adhesive composition for a polarizing plate which has an excellent initial adhesive force. (A)에폭시계 화합물, (B)(메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물, (C)비닐 에테르기 및 (메트)아크릴레이트기 함유 화합물 및 (D)광 개시제를 포함하고, 상기 (A)에폭시계 화합물은 2관능 이상의 지환족 에폭시계 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 (B)(메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물은 호모폴리머의 유리전이온도가 100℃ 이상인 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 (C)비닐기 및 (메트)아크릴레이트기 함유 화합물은 상기 2관능 이상의 지환족 에폭시계 화합물, 상기 호모폴리머의 유리전이온도가 100℃ 이상인 (메트)아크릴레이트계 화합물 및 상기 비닐 에테르기 및 (메트)아크릴레이트기 함유 화합물의 총합 100중량부 중 10중량부 내지 40중량부로 포함되는 것인, 편광판용 접착제 조성물, 편광판 및 광학표시장치가 제공된다.
