Summary: | The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker capable of determining the content of palmitic acid in pigs, and specifically, to an SNP marker composition for determining the content of palmitic acid (C16:0) in pigs, in which a 1001st base of polynucleotide consisting of a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is T or C, wherein the SNP marker composition contains a polynucleotide consisting of 5 to 1,000 consecutive bases including the 1001st base or a nucleotide complementary thereto.
본 발명은 돼지의 지방산의 함량을 판별할 수 있는 SNP 마커에 관한 것으로, 서열번호1의 염기서열로 구성되는 폴리뉴클레오티드의 1001번째 염기가 T 또는 C이고, 상기 1001번째 염기를 포함하는 5 내지 1000개의 연속적인 염기로 구성된 폴리뉴클레오티드 또는 이에 상보적인 뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 돼지의 지방산(Palmitic acid, C16:0) 함량 판별용 SNP(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) 마커 조성물에 관한 것이다. |
