A battery according to the disclosed invention includes a plurality of battery cells through which power is charged and discharged, and a bus bar assembly interconnecting the plurality of battery cells. The bus bar assembly includes: a bus bar unit including at least one bus bar that electrically connects a plurality of battery cells to each other; a supporting unit supporting the bus bar unit; and a fixing unit that fixes the posture of the bus bar unit with respect to the supporting unit. The fixing unit fixes the bus bar unit seated on the supporting unit using an insert injection method or fixes the bus bar unit to the supporting unit using a hook assembly method.
