Summary:A sensing module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sensing member measuring the operating state of a battery cell; a circuit member including a circuit connected to the sensing member; and a joining member joining the sensing member to the circuit member, wherein the sensing member may have a plurality of through holes through which the joining member flows and the diameter of the through holes may range from 0.5 to 1.0 mm. In addition, the battery module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cell assembly including a plurality of battery cells; a bus bar assembly having an electrically conductive bus bar electrically connected to the battery cell; and a sensing module measuring the operating state of the battery cell. According to one embodiment of the present invention, by using surface mounting technology, it is possible to easily connect the sensing member and reduce the amount of voids in the joint member (joint layer) to facilitate the discharge of gas or air from the joint member which joins the sensing member and the circuit member. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 센싱모듈은, 배터리 셀의 작동상태를 측정하는 센싱부재; 상기 센싱부재와 연결되는 회로를 구비하는 회로부재; 및 상기 센싱부재를 상기 회로부재에 접합하는 접합부재;를 포함하며, 상기 센싱부재는 상기 접합부재가 유입되는 복수의 관통홀을 구비하고, 상기 관통홀의 직경은 0.5mm 내지 1.0mm의 값을 가질 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 배터리 모듈은, 복수 개의 배터리 셀을 구비하는 셀 집합체; 상기 배터리 셀과 전기적으로 연결되는 전기 전도성의 버스바를 갖는 버스바 조립체; 및 상기 배터리 셀의 작동상태를 측정하는 센싱모듈;을 포함할 수 있다.
