Summary:According to the present invention, an on-site transportation vehicle operation management system comprises: GPS satellites or beacons; a mobile terminal capable of receiving location information from the GPS satellites, or the beacons, or the GPS satellites and the beacons; a geofence setting unit setting a site in which a transportation vehicle operates and a work area within the site as a geofence; an operation route setting unit using the work areas, which are formed as the geofence, as nodes and setting a route connecting each node; a communication unit receiving location information of the transportation vehicle transmitted from the mobile terminal; an operation information collection unit collecting operation information of the transportation vehicle received from the communication unit; a congestion degree determination unit determining a congestion degree of the site including a first congestion degree which is a congestion degree of the work area and a second congestion degree which is a congestion degree of the operation route; and a management server including a route presentation unit which calculates an expected travel time from the congestion degree and suggests an optimal route with a lowest expected travel time. Accordingly, losses of construction or civil engineering work can be prevented. 본 발명에 따른 현장내 운송차량 운행관리시스템은 GPS 위성 또는 비콘; 상기 GPS위성, 또는 상기 비콘, 또는 상기 GPS위성 및 상기 비콘으로부터 위치정보를 수신할 수 있는 모바일 단말기; 상기 운송차량이 운행하는 현장 및 현장 내의 작업구역을 지오펜스로 설정하는 지오펜스설정부, 상기 지오펜스로 형성된 작업구역들을 노드로 보고 각 노드들간을 연결하는 경로를 설정하는 운행경로설정부, 상기 모바일 단말기로부터 발신되는 운송차량의 위치정보를 수신하는 통신부, 상기 통신부로부터 수신된 운송차량의 운행정보를 수집하는 운행정보수집부, 상기 현장을 상기 작업구역의 혼잡도인 제1혼잡도와 상기 운행경로의 혼잡도인 제2혼잡도를 포함하는 혼잡도를 판단하는 혼잡도판단부, 및 상기 혼잡도에서 예상소요시간을 환산하여 가장 작은 예상소요시간이 소요되는 최적경로를 제시하는 경로제시부를 포함하는 관리서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
