The present invention relates to a barbell replacing device for bench exercise, and an object of the present invention is to facilitate mounting of a barbell on a barbell bar so as to provide convenience of use by mounting the barbell on each of both ends of the barbell bar, in which the barbell bar is configured to be maintained at a predetermined height with respect to a ground, and to improve safety by preventing the barbell bar from being directly pressed against a user due to various factors during use. To this end, the present invention includes bench exercise in which barbells having different weights are selectively mounted on the barbell bar so as to form weights in accordance with a physical condition and exercise requirements of the user, and then the barbell is lifted, so that exercise can be performed. The barbell can be mounted on each of both ends of the barbell bar in a vertical direction, so that the barbell can be easily removed or mounted on the barbell bar according to the selection of previous and future users, thereby supporting the barbell such that convenience of use and safety can be improved. 본 발명은 벤치 운동용 바벨 교체기구에 관한 것으로서, 역기바의 양단 각각에 바벨을 장착함을 보조하도록 구성하되, 역기바가 지면에 대하여 일정높이 유지된 상태를 가지도록 구성함으로써, 상기 역기바에 대하여 바벨의 장착이 용이하여 사용의 편리성을 가지도록 하고, 사용 중 여러 요인 등에 의해 사용자에게 상기 역기바가 직접적으로 눌림됨이 방지되어 안전성을 향상시키도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 중량을 달리하는 바벨을 역기바에 선택적으로 장착시켜 사용자의 신체적, 운동요건에 맞춰 중량을 형성한 후 상기 역기바를 들어올림에 따라 운동이 이루어지도록 하는 벤치 운동을 포함하고; 상기 역기바의 양단 각각에 구성되고, 선택된 바벨을 수직방향으로 중량에 따라 각각을 장착시킬 수 있도록 함에 따라 전, 후사용자의 선택에 맞춰 상기 역기바에서 바벨의 제거 또는 장착이 용이하도록 지지함으로써, 사용의 편리성과 함께 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 지지하는 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
