Summary:The present invention relates to a wheel chair which can be fixed as desired. In general, a wheel chair is convenient when a user locates the wheel chair at a comfortable position and moves to a nearby desk for a moment. The conventional wheel chair may be moved when the user does not want it to, or may interfere with the user's concentration because of the noise of the wheels when they are moving. However, it would be inconvenient if the wheel chair cannot be moved, so it can be moved or fixed by using a lever. The present invention aims to provide a wheel chair which can be fixed as desired, so that the wheels of the wheel chair can be fixed or moved as desired. When the user is seated on the wheel chair, the wheel chair can be fixed for the user to perform tasks such as study, work, and others with no interference in the concentration, and when the user needs to move to another position, the fixing apparatus of the wheel chair can be released by using a lever, and the wheel chair can be moved thereby. In addition, when there is no place to put some water or beverage bottle or the like on the desk, the user can use the beverage supporter on the wheel chair. 본 발명은 일반적으로 바퀴 의자는 사용자가 앉을 때 편안한 위치로 자리 잡고 가까운 옆 책상에 잠깐 이동할 때 편리하다 종래의 바퀴 의자는 움직이고 싶지 않을 때 움직여지거나 움직일 때 나는 바퀴 소리로 인해 집중하고 있었는데 집중력이 흐려질 수도 있다. 하지만 바퀴 의자인데 못 움직이면 불편하니까 레버를 이용하여 마음대로 움직이거나 고정할 수 있다. 바퀴 의자의 바퀴를 고정하거나 고정을 안 하고 움직여야 할 때는 움직일 수 있게 하는 것이 원하는 대로 고정이 가능한 바퀴 의자를 제공함에 목적이 있다. 사용자가 앉은 상태에서 움직이는 바퀴 의자를 고정해서 그 자리에서 공부, 일, 작업 등등을 집중력이 흔들리지 않고 할 수 있고, 다른 자리로 이동해야 할 때 고정장치를 레버로 해제해서 의자를 움직일 수 있고 책상 위에 물이나 음료수 등을 올려놓을 자리가 없을 때 음료수 받침대를 이용할 수 있다.
