Summary: | The present invention provides a gradient color resin ceramic restorative material for dental use and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises: a step (1) of manufacturing at least two layers of paste materials of different colors, and dispersing the paste materials of different colors under conditions of a constant speed and a vacuum degree of -0.01 to -0.1 MPa to obtain granular materials with an average particle size of 0.1 to 5 mm with at least two layers of different colors; a step (2) of spreading the granular materials with at least two layers of different colors evenly in a mold and tightly bonding the layers together at a pressure of 0.5 to 5 MPa to obtain a semi-finished product of a gradient color resin ceramic restorative material; and a step (3) of polymerizing and curing the semi-finished product obtained in the step (2) at 60 to 200℃ and 2 to 50 MPa to obtain a multilayer gradient color resin ceramic restorative material. Accordingly, the resin ceramic restorative material manufactured according to the present invention has no color transfer between layers visible to the naked eye, has a natural gradient effect, and has sufficient mechanical strength to withstand an occlusal pressure in the oral cavity.
본 발명은 치과용 그라데이션 컬러 레진 세라믹 수복 재료 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로서, 상기 제조방법은 색상이 다른 페이스트 재료를 적어도 두 층 제조하고 일정한 속도와 -0.01~-0.1MPa의 진공도의 조건하에서 색상이 다른 페이스트 재료를 분산시켜 적어도 두 층의 색상이 다른 0.1mm~5mm의 평균 입도의 입상 재료를 얻는 단계(1), 적어도 두 층의 색상이 다른 입상 재료를 금형내에 평탄하게 펼쳐, 0.5~5MPa의 압력에서 층간을 긴밀하게 결합시켜 그라데이션 컬러 레진 세라믹 수복 재료의 반제품을 얻는 단계(2), 단계(2)에서 얻은 반제품을 60~200℃, 2~50MPa에서 중합 및 경화시켜, 다층 그라데이션 컬러 레진 세라믹 수복 재료를 얻는 단계(3)를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의해 제조된 레진 세라믹 수복 재료는 육안으로 볼수 있는 층간 색 전이가 없고 그라데이션 효과가 자연스러우며 구장내 교합 압력에 견디는데 충분한 기계적 강도를 갖고 있다. |
