The present invention relates to a method for preparing a rubbery polymer, in which an enlarged rubbery polymer is prepared using a polymeric coagulant while continuously introducing each of a rubbery polymer and the polymeric coagulant so as to induce uniform enlargement of the rubbery polymer, a method for preparing a graft copolymer including the same, a graft copolymer prepared therefrom, and a resin composition comprising the same. The method for preparing a rubbery polymer according to the present invention comprises a step (S10) of preparing rubbery polymer latex including a rubbery polymer, a step (S20) of preparing polymer coagulant latex including a polymer coagulant, and a step (S30) of enlarging the rubbery polymer by continuously introducing the rubbery polymer latex and the polymer coagulant latex into a reactor comprising an agitator. 본 발명은 고분자 응집제를 이용하여 비대화된 고무질 중합체 제조 시, 고무질 중합체와 고분자 응집제를 각각 연속 투입함으로써, 고무질 중합체의 비대화가 균일하도록 유도하는 고무질 중합체 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 그라프트 공중합체 제조방법, 이로부터 제조된 그라프트 공중합체 및 이를 포함하는 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
