A panel bottom sheet according to an embodiment comprises: a heat dissipation layer; a first film layer which is disposed on a first surface of the heat dissipation layer; a second film layer which is disposed on a second surface facing the first surface; a first resin layer which is positioned between the heat dissipation layer and the first film layer; a second resin layer which is positioned between the heat dissipation layer and the second film layer; and a sealing layer which is disposed on both sides of the heat dissipation layer. The sealing layer comes in contact with a side surface of the heat dissipation layer and comes in contact with at least portions of side surfaces of the first resin layer and the second resin layer. 일 실시예에 따른 패널 하부 시트는 방열층, 상기 방열층의 제1면 상에 배치된 제1 필름층, 상기 제1면과 마주하는 제2면 상에 배치된 제2 필름층, 상기 방열층과 상기 제1 필름층 사이에 위치하는 제1 레진층, 상기 방열층과 상기 제2 필름층 사이에 위치하는 제2 레진층, 그리고 상기 방열층의 양 측면에 배치된 실링(sealing) 층을 포함하며, 상기 실링층은 상기 방열층의 측면과 접촉하고, 상기 제1 레진층 및 상기 제2 레진층의 측면의 적어도 일부와 접촉한다.
