A urinal of the present invention can be made of various materials such as metal, glass, ceramic, and synthetic resin. Upper and lower lids (1, 2) of the urinal, when the urinal is closed, prevent the intrusion of insects and bugs and minimize the emission of odor from urine when not in use. Additionally, when a user uses the urinal, the upper and lower lids (1, 2) open to maximize the space for urine, which prevents urine from splashing as much as possible. After use, when the upper and lower lids (1, 2) close to reduce the washing space, which prevents washing water from splashing, a UV lamp (30) is used to sterilize the urinal, preventing the propagation of bacteria. When the upper and lower lids (1, 2) of the urinal close, the volume of the urinal is minimized, allowing efficient utilization of toilet space. 본 발명의 소변기는 금속, 유리, 세라믹 및 합성수지로 제작되므로 다양한 재료로 소변기를 제작할수 있으며 소변기의 상,하뚜껑(1,2)이 닫힘으로 사용하지 않을 때 곤충 및 벌레의 침입을 막을수 있으며 소변의 악취를 최대한 줄일수 있다. 또한 사용자가 이용할때는 상,하부뚜껑(1,2)이 열려 소변을 볼수 있는 공간을 최대화 하며 소변의 튐을 최대한 막을수 있고 사용이 끝나면 상,하부뚜껑(1,2)이 닫아져 세척 공간을 줄이면서 세척물이 튐을 방지할수 있으며 자외선 램프(30)를 이용하여 소변기를 살균하여 세균의 번식을 방지할수 있다. 소변기의 상,하부뚜껑(1,2)이 닫아지면 소변기의 부피가 최소화 되면서 화장실 공간의 효율적으로 이용할수 있다.
