The present invention relates to a method for treating immune diseases by using a calcineurin inhibitor and stem cells together. A pharmaceutical composition, provided in the present invention, comprising the calcineurin inhibitor and mesenchymal stem cells can provide immunosuppressive activity at a level remarkably higher than that of immunosuppressive activity obtained using conventional calcineurin inhibitors or mesenchymal stem cells, and thus can be used in more effective prevention or treatment of immune diseases induced by hyperimmunity. 본 발명은 칼시뉴린 억제제와 줄기세포를 함께 사용하여 면역질환을 치료하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 칼시뉴린 억제제와 중간엽 줄기세포를 포함하는 약학 조성물을 사용하면, 종래의 칼시뉴린 억제제 또는 중간엽 줄기세포를 사용하여 얻어지는 면역억제 활성보다 현저하게 높은 수준의 면역억제 활성을 제공할 수 있으므로, 과잉면역에 의해 유발되는 면역질환을 보다 효과적으로 예방 또는 치료하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
