Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring and charging ANFO gunpowder, capable of measuring the volume of ANFO gunpowder through a measuring unit during ground blasting and transferring the gunpowder to a lower part of a charging hole through a transfer pipe, thereby charging the ANFO gunpowder by a designed charge amount through accurate measurement, and preventing the ANFO gunpowder from remaining in a hollow wall of the charging hole to improve blasting quality. In accordance with the present invention, the apparatus for measuring and charging ANFO gunpowder, which is inserted into a charging hole formed for blasting on the ground to be excavated to measure and charge ANFO gunpowder into the charging hole, includes: a measuring unit into which the ANFO gunpowder is charged, and which measures the volume of the ANFO gunpowder; and a transfer pipe coupled to a lower part of the measuring unit and inserted into the charging hole to transfer the ANFO gunpowder measured by the measuring unit into the charging hole. 본 발명은 지반 발파 시 계량부에서 ANFO 화약의 부피를 계량하여 이송파이프를 통해 장약공 하부로 이송하므로, 정확한 계량을 통해 ANFO 화약을 설계장약량만큼 장약할 수 있고, 장약공 공벽에 ANFO 화약이 잔류되는 것을 방지하여 발파 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 ANFO 화약 계량 투입장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 ANFO 화약 계량 투입장치는 굴착 대상 지반에 발파를 위해 형성된 장약공에 삽입되어 ANFO 화약을 장약공 내에 계량 투입하기 위한 것으로, ANFO 화약이 투입되어 투입된 ANFO 화약의 부피를 계량하는 계량부; 및 상기 계량부의 하부에 결합되는 것으로 상기 장약공의 내부에 삽입되어 계량부에서 계량된 ANFO 화약을 장약공 내부로 이송하는 이송파이프; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
