Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for aligning C2 symmetry LED elements by using wave energy, and fabricating a display module by using the aligned C2 symmetry LED elements. The C2 symmetry LED elements according to the present invention are elements which are rotationally symmetric at 180 degrees such that, when the elements are arranged, the elements can be aligned in a very precise manner with the distinction in up-and-down, and left-and-right directions. Furthermore, provided according to the present invention is a method for controlling the elements by means of the coupling of adequate wave forms after searching for an adequate frequency to locate the elements in a desired direction according to the size or shape of the C2 symmetry LED elements. Provided is a method which can be utilized for efficient manufacturing of a display module. To this end, the present invention comprises: a step of preparing a wave generating device; a step of preparing a transfer plate; a step of arranging a plurality of C2 symmetry LED elements on the transfer plate; and a step of mounting the C2 symmetry LED elements at an opening.
본 발명은 파동 에너지를 이용하여 C2 대칭성 LED 소자들을 배열하고, 배열된 C2 대칭성 LED 소자들을 이용해 디스플레이용 모듈을 제작하는 내용에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 C2 대칭성 LED 소자는 180도 회전 대칭이 가능한 소자이기 때문에 소자의 배치에 있어서 상하좌우가 구별되고 매우 정확하게 소자들을 정렬시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에서는 C2 대칭성 LED 소자의 크기나 형상에 따라 소자들을 원하는 방향에 위치시키기 위해 적합한 주파수(frequency)를 찾아 적절한 파형의 결합을 통해 소자를 제어할 수 있는 방법을 제공하고 궁극적으로 디스플레이 모듈의 효율적인 제작에 활용할 수 있는 방식을 제공한다. |
