Summary:One embodiment of the present invention provides an online continuous biotoxicity measuring device comprising: a housing; a supply unit including a sample storage unit for storing a sample and a culture medium storage unit for storing a culture medium for diluting the sample; a continuous dilution unit including a sample storage tank in which a sample supplied from the sample storage unit is stored, a culture medium storage tank in which a culture medium supplied from the culture medium storage unit is stored, and a plurality of dilution valves which are connected to a plurality of sample dispensing lines branched from the sample storage tank and a plurality of culture medium dispensing lines branched from the culture medium storage tank and are controlled so as to supply the sample or the culture medium at different dilution ratios; a chamber unit for accommodating aquatic organisms therein and continuously receiving a mixture of the sample and the culture medium through the continuous dilution unit; an optical measurement unit for capturing an image of the activities of the aquatic organisms; and an analysis unit for evaluating the toxicity of the sample through the captured image transmitted from the optical measurement unit. The online continuous biotoxicity measuring device may be miniaturized. 본 발명의 일 실시예는 하우징, 시료를 보관하는 시료 보관부 및 상기 시료를 희석하는 배양액을 보관하는 배양액 보관부를 포함하는 공급부, 상기 시료 보관부로부터 공급받은 시료가 저류되는 시료 저류조, 상기 배양액 보관부로부터 공급받은 배양액이 저류되는 배양액 저류조, 및 상기 시료 저류조에서 분주되는 다수의 시료 분주라인과 상기 배양액 저류조에서 분주되는 다수의 배양액 분주라인과 연결되며 시료 또는 배양액을 서로 다른 희석 비율로 공급하도록 제어되는 다수의 희석용 밸브를 포함하는 연속희석부, 내부에 수생생물이 수용되며, 상기 연속희석부를 통해 시료 및 배양액의 혼합물을 연속적으로 공급받는 챔버부, 수생생물의 활동을 촬영하는 광학 측정부 및 상기 광학 측정부로부터 전달된 촬영 영상을 통해 상기 시료의 독성을 평가하는 분석부를 포함하는, 온라인 연속 생물독성 측정장치를 제공한다.
