Summary:The present invention relates to a composition which is to suppress the oxidation of vitamin C as much as possible and to apply the same without destroying the physiological activity effect, as vitamin C has a skin wrinkle suppression and whitening effect, but has limitations in use due to the instability, which is prone to oxidation by dissolved oxygen in water. In a cosmetic composition in which solid and liquid containing vitamin C are separated and mixed immediately before use, the solid further includes one or more antioxidants selected from the group consisting of kojic acid, alpha-lipoic acid, proanthocyanidin, retinol, retinol derivatives, coenzyme Q10, cysteine-based antioxidants, selenium, pycnogenol, enzogenol, and fingenol. A liquid phase is characterized in that dissolved oxygen is reduced by dissolving carbonate in demineralized or deionized water. 본 발명은 피부주름생성억제와 미백효과를 갖으나 물속의 용존 산소 등에 의해 산화되기 쉬운 불안정성에 의해 사용 제한이 있는 비타민C의 산화를 최대한 억제하여 생리활성 효과가 파괴되지 않은 상태로 적용하기 위한 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 비타민C를 포함하는 고체와 액상이 사용 직전에 혼합되도록 분리 함유되어 있는 화장품 조성물에 있어서, 상기 고체는 코직산(Kojic acid), 알파리포인산(alpha-lipoic acid), 프로안토시아니딘(Proanthocyanidin), 레티놀(Retinol), 레티놀 유도체, 코엔자임Q10, 시스테인계열 항산화제, 셀레늄(Selenium), 피크노제놀(pycnogenol), 엔조제놀(enzogenol) 및 핀제놀(fingenol)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 항산화제를 더 포함하며, 상기 액상은 탈광물 내지 탈이온한 물에 카보네이트를 용해시켜 용존 산소를 감소시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 조성물을 제공한다
