The present invention includes the steps of: determining whether the current temperature of oil is less than a predetermined reference temperature; determining whether an EOP RPM is less than a predetermined minimum drive RPM if the current temperature of the oil is less than the reference temperature; reducing a target line pressure and command RPM of an EOP by applying a predetermined first reduction ratio for a first predetermined time if the EOP RPM is less than the minimum drive RPM; determining whether the vibration of the EOP RPM occurs more than a predetermined reference vibration if the EOP RPM is more than the minimum drive RPM; and reducing the target line pressure and command RPM of the EOP by applying a predetermined second reduction ratio for a second predetermined time if the vibration of the EOP RPM is more than the reference vibration.
