Summary:The present invention relates to a wiring layer provided on a base layer in which the wiring layer comprises a wiring and a pad, a prepreg layer on the base layer and the wiring layer in which the prepreg layer comprises a first opening exposing the pad, comprises a solder resist layer on the prepreg layer, the solder resist layer comprises a second opening exposing the pad, the second opening at least partially overlaps the first opening, and the prepreg layer provides a printed circuit board covering an outer part of the pad. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving a reliability of the printed circuit board itself. 본 발명은 베이스 층 상에 제공된 배선층, 상기 배선층은 배선 및 패드를 포함하고, 상기 베이스 층 및 상기 배선층 상의 프리프레그 층, 상기 프리프레그 층은 상기 패드를 노출하는 제1 오프닝을 포함하고 및 상기 프리프레그 층 상의 솔더 레지스트 층을 포함하되, 상기 솔더 레지스트 층은 상기 패드를 노출하는 제2 오프닝을 포함하며, 상기 제2 오프닝은 상기 제1 오프닝과 적어도 부분적으로 중첩되고, 상기 프리프레그 층은 상기 패드의 외측부를 덮는 인쇄회로기판을 제공한다.
