Summary:The present invention relates to a method for drilling rock. The method for drilling rock conducts a blasting process or a rock splitting process after drilling rock by rotating a drill bit of a rock drilling apparatus at the speed of 1,000-2,000 RPM. The method for drilling rock includes a polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) in the drill bit. The method for drilling rock conducts the blasting process or the rock splitting process after drilling the rock having unconfined compression strength of 125 kgf/cm^2 or less in a downward pressure of 2 ton/㎡ and a descent speed of 1.0-2.0 m/min; drilling the rock having the unconfined compression strength of 126-600 kgf/cm^2 in the downward pressure of 1 ton/㎡ and a descent speed of 0.5 to 1.0 m/min; and drilling the rock having the unconfined compression strength of 601-1200㎏f/㎠ in the downward pressure of 0.6 ton/㎡ and a descent speed of 0.3 to 0.7 m/min. Accordingly, the method for drilling rock can improve the efficiency of the rock crushing process and reduce construction periods and personnel expenses. 본 발명은 암반 천공 방법에 관한 것으로, 암반 천공 장치의 드릴비트를 1000~2000RPM의 속도로 회전시켜서 암반을 천공한 뒤 발파공정 또는 할암공정을 진행하되, 상기 드릴비트에 다결정 다이아몬드 컴팩트(Polycrystalline Diamond Compact; PDC)가 구비되는 암반 천공 방법에 있어서, 일축압축강도 125 ㎏f/㎠이하인 암반에서는 1.0 ~ 2.0 m/min의 하강속도 및 2ton/㎡의 하방압력으로 천공하고, 일축압축강도 126~600 ㎏f/㎠인 암반에서는 0.5 ~ 1.0 m/min의 하강속도 및 1ton/㎡의 하방압력으로 천공하고, 일축압축강도 601~1200㎏f/㎠인 암반에서는 0.3 ~ 0.7 m/min의 하강속도 및 0.6ton/㎡의 하방압력으로 천공한 뒤 발파공정 또는 할암공정을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성되어 암반 파쇄 과정의 효율성 향상, 공사기간 단축, 인건비 절감이 가능하다.
