According to one embodiment of the present invention, an exhaust pipe device for a combustion engine is provided. The exhaust pipe device of a combustion engine according to one embodiment of the present invention may include: an exhaust pipe that is connected to a combustion engine installed in an engine room and discharges exhaust gas; a branch pipe that is branched from the exhaust pipe and extends into the engine room; an enclosure part that is connected to the branch pipe, is slidably installed in the engine room, has a receiving space inside to receive the exhaust gas, and has one end open to form a passage through which the exhaust gas contained in the receiving space is discharged; and a cleaning water spray unit that is installed inside the enclosure part, and when the enclosure part slides due to the pressure of the exhaust gas, sprays cleaning water by opening a valve.
