Summary:The present invention relates to an anti-vibration pressure gauge installed on a pressure water pipe for firefighting, which has a structure in which porous sintered filters manufactured by sintering non-ferrous metal material are inserted into upper and lower ends thereof and sealed, to introduce stable pressure into a Bourdon tube when excessive pressure within the pipe passes through the porous sintered filters so that the Bourdon tube expands without vibration to rotate a half-moon gear provided on a movable shaft to rotate the circular gear of a pointer, thereby stably indicating a specified pressure value without vibration. The purpose of the present invention is achieved by the anti-vibration pressure gauge comprising: a Bourdon tube connected to a shank having a fluid inflow tube, and having a hollow through which pressure is applied; a movable bar connected to expand and indicate the displacement of the Bourdon tube; a sector gear connected to the movable bar and rotated by a movable shaft; a circular gear engaged with the sector gear; and a pointer axially connected to a rotary shaft connected to the circular gear. The anti-vibration pressure gauge has a plurality of porous sintered filters and a first elastic ring coupled thereto therebetween, which are provided at the inlet of a fluid inflow tube, to absorb excessive pressure, generated from an incoming fluid, through the first and second porous sintered filters and lessen the excessive pressure by the first elastic ring so that the pressure of the fluid flowing into the Bourdon tube is stabilized and supplied. Therefore, pressure values can be accurately measured. 본 발명은 소방용 가압송수배관 상에 설치되는 압력계로서, 비철 금속재료를 소결하여 재조된 다공소결필터를 압력유입구 상, 하단에 삽입, 밀봉된 구조로 제공되어 배관 내의 과도압력이 다공소결필터를 통과하면 안정된 압력을 부르돈관으로 유입시킴으로서 진동이 없이 부르돈관이 팽창되면서 가동축의 반달기어가 회전하고 지침의 원형기어가 회전하여 지침이 진동없이 안정적으로 규정 압력값을 지시하는 진동방지 압력계를 제공한다. 본 발명의 상기 목적은 유체유입관를 구비한 생크에 결속되어 압력이 작용하는 중공이 형성된 부르돈관과, 부르돈관의 변위를 확대 지시하기 위해 연결되는 가동바와, 가동바 연결되어 가동축에 의해 회동하는 섹터기어와, 섹터기어에 치합되는 원형기어와, 원형기어에 축결합되는 회전축에 결합되는 지시침을 포함하여 구성된 압력계에 있어서, 상기 유체유입관의 입구에는 복수의 다공소결필터와 이들 사이에 제1 탄성링을 결합하여 유입되는 유체에서 발생하는 과도압력을 제1, 2 다공소결필터를 통과하면서 흡수되고 중간의 제1 탄성링에 의해 완충하여 부르돈관으로 유입되는 유체압력이 안정화되어 공급되는 진동방지 압력계에 의해 달성된다.
