Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for preparing a biodegradable copolymer, and specifically, to a method for preparing a poly(3-hydroxypropionate-r-4-hydroxybutyrate)-b-polylactate copolymer, which improves tensile properties while maintaining inherent properties of polylactic acid, and at the same time, has a high molecular weight. The method comprises: a first step of preparing a poly(3-hydroxypropionate-r-4-hydroxybutyrate) by condensation polymerization of 3-hydroxypropionic acid and 4-hydroxybutanoic acid; and a second step of preparing a poly(3-hydroxypropionate-r-4-hydroxybutyrate)-b-polylactate copolymer by ring-opening lactide in the presence of a poly(3-hydroxypropionate-r-4-hydroxybutyrate) copolymer.
본 발명은 생분해성 공중합체의 제조 방법에 대한 것으로서, 폴리락트산의 고유의 특성을 유지하면서도 인장 물성이 개선되면서 동시에 고분자량을 가지는 폴리(3-하이드록시프로피오네이트-r-4-하이드록시부티레이트)-b-폴리락테이트 공중합체의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. |
