A semiconductor system comprises: a process control circuit which determines a patrol training operation, adjusts a delay amount of a delay cell connected to the target memory circuit, and adjusts the delay amount based on a defective information signal for the target memory circuit, an operation control circuit which receives commands and addresses from the host, generates write signals, read signals, and internal addresses to perform normal operations and outputs them to multiple memory circuits, and receives scrub control signals to perform read modify write operations, a scrub control circuit which stores a plurality of the addresses and generates the scrub control signal when the number of the stored addresses reaches a preset value; and an error detection circuit which receives data from the target memory circuit during the read modify write operations, detects an error in the data, and generates the defective information signal depending on whether an error occurs in the data. Accordingly, the present invention can ensure the reliability of input and output data. 반도체시스템은 패트롤트레이닝동작을 결정하고, 대상 메모리회로에 연결된 지연셀의 지연량을 조절하며, 상기 대상 메모리회로에 대한 불량정보신호를 토대로 상기 지연량을 조절하는 프로세스제어회로, 호스트로부터 커맨드와 어드레스를 수신하고, 노멀동작을 수행하기 위한 라이트신호, 리드신호 및 내부어드레스를 생성하여 다수의 메모리회로로 출력하며, 스크럽제어신호를 수신하여 리드모디파이라이트동작을 수행하는 동작제어회로, 상기 어드레스들을 다수 저장하고, 저장된 상기 어드레스들의 개수가 기 설정된 값에 도달할 경우 상기 스크럽제어신호를 생성하는 스크럽제어회로 및 상기 리드모디파이라이트동작 시 상기 대상 메모리회로로부터 데이터를 수신하여 상기 데이터의 에러를 검출하고, 상기 데이터의 에러 발생여부에 따라 상기 불량정보신호를 생성하는 에러검출회로를 포함한다.
