Summary:Provided is a portable charger. The mobile charger according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of battery modules wherein each battery pack is embedded and coupled to each other and which are electrically connected in parallel; a moving means coupled to a lowermost module among the plurality of battery modules to enable movement of the plurality of battery modules in a status in which the same modules are stacked and coupled; and a charging cable wherein one end is coupled to an uppermost module of the plurality of battery modules and the other end is connected to an electric vehicle to be charged.
