The present application relates to mRNA for protein expression and a template therefor. The present application provides: an mRNA transcription vector containing a gene construct according to an embodiment; a method for preparing an mRNA molecule comprising a step of performing in vitro transcription using the mRNA transcription vector; the mRNA molecule prepared by the method; and an immunogenic composition comprising the mRNA molecule as an active ingredient. According to the mRNA transcription vector and the method for preparing an mRNA molecule using the transcription vector according to one aspect, a target mRNA molecule can be expressed with high efficiency by including a specific gene construct. 본 출원은 단백질 발현을 위한 mRNA와 이를 위한 주형에 관한 것으로서, 일 실시예에 따른 유전자 컨스트럭트를 포함하는 mRNA 전사 벡터, 상기 mRNA 전사 벡터를 이용하여 시험관내 전사를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 mRNA 분자를 제조하는 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 mRNA 분자, 및 상기 mRNA 분자를 유효 성분으로 포함하는 면역원성 조성물을 제공한다.
