The present invention relates to a microcatheter and a microcatheter system. The microcatheter according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pipe part; a plurality of pressure sensors disposed to be spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction of the pipe part; an actuator connected to one side of the pipe part; and an impact sensor disposed on one side of the actuator. The present invention provides the microcatheter and the microcatheter system capable of steering through the actuator and determining a steering direction through the pressure sensors and the impact sensor. 본 발명은 마이크로카테터 및 마이크로카테터 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로카테터는 관부, 상기 관부의 길이 방향을 따라 이격되어 복수 개 배치되는 압력센서, 상기 관부의 일측에 연결되는 액추에이터, 상기 액추에이터의 일측에 배치되는 충격 감지센서를 포함한다.
