Summary:The present invention relates to a pH-sensitive amphiphilic triblock copolymer, a preparation method thereof, and pH-sensitive hydrogel including the same. More specifically, according to the present invention, a glycidyl ether-based polymer having hydrophobic acetal pendant groups at both ends of a hydrophilic polymer is copolymerized by anionic ring-opening polymerization to prepare a pH-sensitive amphiphilic triblock copolymer, so that the rheological properties of the hydrogel can be precisely adjusted and controlled through hydrolysis of the acetal pendant group, which is a side chain rather than a main chain and can be predicted. In addition, decomposed by-products have very low toxicity to provide excellent biocompatibility. Accordingly, the pH-sensitive hydrogel can be applied as hydrogel for delivering a drug or a filler for alleviating wrinkles. 본 발명은 pH 감응형 양친성 삼중블록 공중합체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 pH 감응형 하이드로겔에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 친수성 고분자의 양 말단에 소수성의 아세탈 펜던트기를 갖는 글리시딜에테르계 고분자를 음이온 개환 중합에 의해 공중합시켜 pH 감응형 양친성 삼중블록 공중합체를 제조함으로써 주사슬이 아닌 곁사슬인 아세탈 펜던트기의 가수분해로 하이드로젤의 유변학적 특성을 정교하게 조절 및 제어가 가능하고 나아가 예측할 수 있으며, 분해된 부산물은 독성이 매우 낮아 생체 적합성이 우수한 이점이 있다. 이를 이용하여 약물전달용 하이드로젤 또는 주름개선 필러 등으로의 적용이 가능하다.
