The present invention relates to an easy-to-clean and easy-to-ventilate window system, which can help to easily clean the inside and outside of a window from the inside of a building and help to quickly ventilate air inside the building by allowing wind to be easily blown into the building according to a wind direction. The easy-to-clean and easy-to-ventilate window system includes: a lower window frame which is provided with an accommodation space; an upper window frame which is installed to face the lower window frame at a certain interval from the lower window frame and is provided with an accommodation space; a control unit (102) which is installed on one side inside the lower window frame; a wind direction detection unit (104) which is installed on one side outside the lower window frame and is electrically connected to the control unit (102) to detect a direction where wind blows according to a control signal of the control unit (102); a first window (108) which is located between one side of the lower window frame and one side of the upper window frame in a rotatable manner to allow wind blowing into the building to be easily guided into the building and is provided with a glass window (106); and a second window (110) which is located between one side of the lower window frame and one side of the upper window frame to face the first window (108) in a rotatable manner to allow wind blowing into the building to be easily guided into the building and is provided with the glass window (106). 본 발명은 건물 내부에서 유리창의 내면 및 외면을 용이하게 청소할 수 있도록 도와 줌과 아울러 바람의 방향에 따라 건물 내부로 바람이 용이하게 불어 들어올 수 있도록하여 건물 내부 공기를 신속하게 환기시킬 수 있도록 도와 주는 청소 및 환기가 용이한 창호 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 수용공간을 구비한 하부창틀과; 상기 하부창틀로부터 일정간격을 두고 하부창틀에 마주보게 설치되되, 수용공간을 구비한 상부창틀과; 상기 하부창틀의 내부 일측에 설치되는 제어부(102)와; 상기 하부창틀의 외부 일측에 설치되되, 제어부(102)에 전기적으로 연결되어 제어부(102)의 제어신호에 따라 바람이 불어 오는 방향을 감지하는 바람방향감지부(104)와; 상기 하부창틀 일측과 상부창틀 일측 사이에 회전 가능하게 위치되어 건물 내부로 불어 들어 오는 바람을 건물 내부로 용이하게 안내하되, 유리창(106)을 구비하는 제1창문(108)과; 상기 제1창문(108)에 마주보게 하부창틀 일측과 상부창틀 일측 사이에 회전 가능하게 위치되어 건물 내부로 불어 들어 오는 바람을 건물 내부로 용이하게 안내하되, 유리창(106)을 구비하는 제2창문(110) 등을 포함한다.
