Abstract The present invention relates to a perforated beam and a column structure in which perforations are formed in a plastic hinge section. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a beam having a perforation formed in a plastic hinge section has an effect of having equal or higher bending and shear performance than that of a beam structure in which the perforation is not formed in the plastic hinge section. The perforated beam and column structure include a first column and a second column; a perforated beam; and a perforated beam reinforcement. 본 발명은 소성힌지 구간에 유공이 형성된 유공보와 기둥 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 소성힌지 구간에 유공을 형성한 보가, 소성힌지 구간에 유공을 형성하지 않은 보 구조물 대비, 동등 이상의 휨, 전단 성능을 갖게 하는 효과가 있다.
