Summary: | The present invention relates to a perforated beam and a column structure in which perforations are formed in a plastic hinge section. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a beam having a perforation formed in a plastic hinge section has an effect of having equal or higher bending and shear performance than that of a beam structure in which the perforation is not formed in the plastic hinge section. The perforated beam and column structure include a first column and a second column; a perforated beam; and a perforated beam reinforcement.
