Summary:One embodiment of the present invention provides a PTFE fiber filter including: an inorganic fiber support; PTFE microfoam or a PTFE microfiber layer positioned on the inorganic fiber support; and a PTFE nanofiber layer positioned on the PTFE microfiber layer. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat resistance and mechanical durability of the PTFE fiber filter can be improved by improving bonding performance between PTFE materials by forming the PTFE nanofiber layer by electrostatically spraying or electrospinning the PTFE microfiber layer without an additional process. 본 발명의 일실시예는 무기질 섬유 지지체; 상기 무기질 섬유 지지체 상에 위치하는 PTFE 마이크로 폼 또는 PTFE마이크로섬유층; 및 상기 PTFE마이크로섬유층 상에 위치하는 PTFE 나노섬유층;을 포함하는 PTFE 섬유 여과체를 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, PTFE 마이크로섬유층에 추가적인 공정 없이 정전 분부 또는 전기 방사하여 PTFE 나노섬유층을 형성하여 PTFE 소재 간의 접합 성능을 향상 시켜 PTFE 섬유 필터의 내열성 및 기계적 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
