The present invention relates to a grinder blade holder used to simply attach a grinder blade, such as cutting stone, grinding stone, and a brush to a hand grinder and detach the grinder blade from the hand grinder. The grinder blade holder has a new form comprising: an inner holder and an outer holder connected to the inner side and the outer side across a bearing; and multiple cushion rings accommodating a coupling force and absorbing vibration by being interposed between the inner and outer holders. The grinder blade holder can improve workability related to replacement of the grinder blade by tightly tightening a nut and simultaneously easily loosening the nut by accommodating a part of the coupling force of the nut for fixing the grinder blade.
