The present invention relates to a beverage collection bin for the efficient collection of bubble tea residue which includes bubble falling under solids and beverage falling under liquid, comprising: a main body unit of the beverage collection bin; a guiding unit installed in the main body unit and having a passage with a cross-section in a shape of a figure in an open loop shape with a part on an upper side removed among figures in a closed loop shape, being arranged in a downward spiral shape; a coupling unit for fixing the guiding unit on an inner side of the main body unit; and a bubble storage unit coupled to a lower end of the guiding unit or located within a certain distance from the guiding unit. When the residue of the bubble tea is inputted through the guiding unit, the residue is inputted into the bubble storage unit by flowing along the guiding unit. The bubble storage unit includes a filter net through which the beverage can pass.
